Double-stranded genomic DNA from E. coli K12
dsDNA-EC is an ultrapure, endotoxin-free preparation of E. coli K12 double-stranded DNA.
Intracellular dsDNA-EC can induce type I IFNs in THP1-Blue™ ISG cells, an IRF-SEAP reporter cell line.
Intracellular dsDNA-EC can activate HEK-Blue™ TLR9 cells, NF-κB-SEAP reporter cells that stably overexpress TLR9.
Specificity: CDS agonist and TLR9 agonist
Working Concentration:
• 30 ng - 1 μg/ml transfected dsDNA-EC to activate CDSs
• 10 - 100 μg/ml transfected dsDNA-EC to activate TLR9
Endotoxin level: < 0.001 EU/µg
