This purified mouse anti-caspase-3 monoclonal antibody is specific to human, chimp, rhesus monkey, horse, rat, and mouse caspase-3. The over-expression of caspase-3 can result in apoptosis and likewise its inhibition can prevent cells from entering the apoptotic pathway. This caspase-3 monoclonal antibody can be used in applications such as western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and immunofluorescence/immunocytochemistry.
