Estrogen Relate Receptor Alpha Mouse anti-Human Monoclonal Antibody (clone H5844)
Estrogen-related receptor-alpha (ERRa, ERR1, ESRL1; NR3B1) is a member of the orphan nuclear receptor family. ERR-α is expressed in liver, kidney, brain, heart, uterus, vagina and cervix. The protein is expressed with a major 53 kDa in the reproductive tissues. ERR-α takes part at the cell cycle and the fatty acid metabolizing of the musculus skeleti. ERR-α was shown to interact with ER-α.
Isotype
Mouse IgG2a
Clone/PAD
H5844
Immunogen
Produced in BALB/c mouse ascites after inoculation with hybridoma of mouse myeloma cells (NS-1) and spleen cells derived from a BALB/c mouse immunized with Baculovirus-expressed recombinant human ERR-α 1 (98-171 aa).
Specificity
This antibody specifically recognizes human ERRα and cross-reacts with rat ERRα. This antibody does not recognize human ERRβ and γ. Not yet tested in other species.
