This purified mouse anti-ZO-1 monoclonal antibody is conjugated to Alex Fluor® 594 and is specific to human and canine ZO-1 proteins. ZO-1 is a peripheral (nontransmembrane) membrane protein found on the cytoplasmic leaflet of tight junctions. Mouse anti-ZO-1 monoclonal antibody, conjugate Alexa Fluor® 594 can be used in applications such as Western Blotting, ELISA and Immunofluorescence.
