ZO-1 Monoclonal Antibody, Mouse (ZO1-1A12), Alexa Fluor® 488 Conjugate
This purified mouse anti-ZO-1 monoclonal antibody (mAb) is conjugated to Alex Fluor® 488 and is specific to human and canine ZO-1. As a nontransmembrane protein, ZO-1 is a peripheral membrane protein found on the cytoplasmic leaflet of tight junctions. ZO-1 is encoded by TJP1, also known as tight junction protein 1 (zona occludens 1). This mouse anti-ZO-1 mAb conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488 may be used in western blotting, ELISA and immunofluorescence.
