Factor VIII related antigen is present in platelets, megakaryocytes, and extravascular areas where hemorrhaging has occurred. Factor VIII Related Antigen antibodies may also be used to determine whether benign and malignant neoplastic lesions are of endothelial origin. Positive tissue: Lung/spleen/colon.
