Dynabeads® CD3
Dynabeads® CD3 are superparamagnetic beads coupled with an anti-human CD3 antibody that enable easy isolation or depletion of human CD3+ T cells directly from any sample, including whole blood, bone marrow, buffy coat, mononuclear cells (MNC), and tissue digests. Advantages of Dynabeads® CD3:

About Dynabeads® CD3
Dynabeads® CD3 are uniform, superparamagnetic beads (4.5 µm diameter) coated with a primary monoclonal antibody specific for the CD3 membrane antigen mainly expressed mainly on human mature T cells. Because of the bead size, Dynabeads® CD3 can easily and efficiently isolate or deplete cells from viscous samples such as whole blood and bone marrow in about 30 minutes.
