This purified Mouse CD3 Monoclonal Antibody is specific to Human CD3. Human CD3 is a glycoprotein consisting of up to five polypeptide chains (gp20, gp26, p16, p20, p38). This mouse anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody may be useful in research characterization of immunodeficiences, leukemias and lymphomas. The CD3 monoclonal antibody is validated for use in applications such as flow cytometry, western blotting, immunofluorescence, ELISA and immunohistochemistry.
