This sequence, TSTEPQYQPGENL, is identical to pp60c-srv, C-terminal Phosphoregulatory Peptide, which includes the negative regulatory site (Tyr527) but is not phosphorylated. Useful as a control peptide or as a tyrosine kinase substrate. This peptide, when tyrosine-phosphorylated, binds to the internal SH2 domain.
