PureExtreme dNTPs are manufactured at Fermentas, one of a few primary manufacturers in the industry. They are supplied in aqueous solutions titrated to pH 7.0 with NaOH. dNTPs are available individually as nucleotide mixes at 2 mM of each dATP, dCTP, dGTP and 4 mM of dUTP for direct use in PCR with Taq DNA Polymerase, reverse transcription and other applications.

Highly stable – the neutral pH of nucleotide solutions ensures the stability during long-term storage:
stable for a minimum 100 freeze-thaw cycles;
90-95% of dNTPs remain in triphosphate form even after 7 weeks at room temperature;
85-90% of dNTPs remain in triphosphate form after 30 cycles of PCR (1 min at 94°C; 3 min at 72°C).
