Functional Aspects:
S-100 protein is found in neuroectodermal tissue, including nerves and melanocytes, Langerhans cells in skin and interdigitating reticulum cells in the paracortex of lymph nodes. This antibody will help detect S-100 protein expression in normal and uncharacterized tissues. |
