Functional Aspects:Retinoblastoma (Rb) Gene Protein is a nuclear phosphoprotein encoded by the Rb tumor suppressor gene, that derives its name from a rare tumor of the retina. The Rb gene protein is found in many cell types and is involved with regulation of cell growth. This antibody will help identify Rb gene protein in normal and uncharacterized tissues.
