Neuron Specific Enolase is a glycolytic isoenzyme that acts as a catalyst in certain reaction pathways. It is found predominantly in neurons, neuroendocrine cells, smooth and striated muscle cells, megakaryocytes, T cells and some platelets. This antibody will help detect neuron specific enolase in normal and uncharacterized tissues. |
