Functional Aspects:
Minichromosome maintenance (MCM) proteins have essential roles in eukaryotic DNA replication. Levels of MCM proteins usually increase, variably, as cells move from G0 into GI/S phase of the cell cycle. This antibody is specific for MCM7 and may be useful as a proliferation marker. |
