Functional Aspects:CD57 is expressed on a subset of mononuclear cells with Natural Killer activity and on defined neuroectodermal cells. It is often co-expressed with CD8 on suppressor/cytotoxic T cells that are involved with graft rejection. This antibody will help identify CD57 on normal and uncharacterized tissues.
