Functional Aspects:CD45 is known as the leukocyte common antigen present on most human leukocytes such as lymphocytes, monocytes and eosinophils but absent from erythrocytes and platelets. This antibody will help detect CD45 expression on normal tissue and uncharacterized tissues of lymphoid origin.
