Functional Aspects: CD38 is regarded as an ectoenzyme and can transmit growth and differentiation signals to lymphoid and myeloid cells. It is expressed on a wide range of cells including immature cells of B and T cell lineages, thymocytes, germinal center B cells, mitogen-activated T cells, plasma cells, Natural Killer cells and monocytes. This antibody will help identify CD38 in a variety of tissue types. |
