Functional Aspects:
CD31 is found on platelets, monocytes, granulocytes, B cells and at the endothelial intracellular junction. One role performed is endothelial cell to cell adhesion and it also seems involved with certain events during angiogenesis, thrombosis and wound healing. This antibody will help identify CD31 on normal and uncharacterized tissues. |
