Functional Aspects:
CD30 seems to act as a cytokine ligand receptor. It is expressed on normal and neoplastic cells including multinucleated Reed-Sternberg cells, mononuclear Hodgkin cells, most anaplastic large cell lymphomas, and other lymphomas. This antibody will help detect CD30 expression in a variety of tissues. |
