A potent EZH2 inhibitor
Product Overview
Product Name: GSK343
Alternate Name/Synonyms: 1-Isopropyl-N-((6-methyl-2-oxo-4-propyl-1,2-dihydropyridin-3-yl)methyl)-6-(2-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)pyridine-4-yl)-1H-indazole-4-carboxamide
Description: A potent histone H3-lysine 27 (H3K27) methyltransferase EZH2 inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 4 nM). Diplays 1000-fold selectivity for other HMTs except EZH1 (60-fold selectivity). GSK343 inhibits H3K27 methylation in HCC1806 cells with an IC₅₀ of <200nM (measured by immunofluorescence).
