Description
A seleno-organic compound showing glutathione peroxidase-like activity that has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, and anti-malarial effects. It has been shown to inhibit NO-induced apoptosis of differentiated PC12 cells, and protect Ca2+ blockage.
