Functional Aspects:B cell specific octamer binding protein (BOB-1), also referred to as OBF-1 and OCA-B, is a lymphocyte specific transcriptional coactivator protein. BOB-1 is thought to be expressed in all B-cells of reactive lymphoid tissues with variable presence in tumors.
