Description AM1241 is a peripheral cannabinoid (CB2) receptor agonist with a Ki value of 2 nM and greater than 100-fold selectivity over the central cannabinoid (CB1) receptor in vitro.1↗ AM1241 produces antinociception to thermal stimuli in rat hindpaw. The antinociceptive actions of AM1241 were blocked by the CB2 receptor-selective antagonist AM630 but not by the CB1 receptor-selective antagonist AM251 (Catalog No. 71670).1↗
