Recognizes the ~450 kDa (non-reducing conditions) and the ~180 kDa (reducing conditions) thrombospondin protein, in endothelial cells, fibroblasts, platelets, monocytes, macrophages, and tonsil tissue. Does not cross-react with fibronectin, fibrinogen, or von Willebrand factor.
