pLacI DNA The pLacI plasmid is a chloramphenicol resistant plasmid that encodes the lac repressor protein. The p15a origin of replication is compatible with colE1 based vectors, including Novagen's pETBlue™ and pTriEx™ plasmids. These expression vectors contain lac operators to regulate T7 promoter-driven expression, but do not supply the lac repressor. Thus co-transformation with pLacI supplies a source of lac repressor protein to maintain repression of these vectors in λDE3 lysogenic bacterial expression host strains. Expression of lacI is driven by a constitutive E. coli promoter. Unique restriction sites are indicated on the vector map (TB269). 相关产品 69418 pET-3a DNA 69419 pET-3b DNA 69420 pET-3c DNA 69421 pET-3d DNA 显示所有 产品信息 Avoid freeze/thaw 是的 商店和运输信息 Storage -20°C Ship Shipped with Blue Ice or with Dry Ice Standard Handling
