EIF2-alpha [pS52] Polyclonal Antibody, Rabbit
This purified rabbit anti eIF2-alpha polyclonal antibody (pAb) recognizes EIF2α, which is phosphorylated at serine 52. EIF2α is a 36 kDa protein that is ubiquitously expressed in many cell types. The EIF2 protein, which is composed of α, β, and γ subunits, is one of the key molecules in the initiation of translation. The rabbit anti eIF2-alpha pAb is validated for use in applications such as western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, and immunofluorescence.
