MDM2 [pS166] Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Murine double minute-2 (MDM2) is a 90 kDa Zinc finger oncoprotein that negatively regulates the transcriptional activation of p53 via ubiquitin-dependent proteasomal degradation. MDM2 is also shown to be phosphorylated on Ser166 and Ser188 in response to insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) in a phosphatidylinositide 3'-OH kinase-dependent manner.
