Occludin (C-term) Polyclonal Antibody, Rabbit
This purified rabbit anti-occludin (C-term) polyclonal antibody is specific to human, mouse, rat and canine occludin (C-term). Anti-occludin (C-term) polyclonal antibody recognizes the expressed product of the OCLN gene, also known as Ocln, and Tpmt. Under-expression of tight junction proteins, including occludin, are key molecular abnormalities responsible for the increased permeability of tumor endothelial tight junctions, which contributes to brain tumor edemas. This rabbit anti-occludin (C-term) polyclonal antibody is validated for use in western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, and immunofluorescence.
