VDUP-1 (C-term) Polyclonal Antibody, Rabbit
This purified, unconjugated rabbit anti-VDUP-1 (C-term) polyconal antibody reacts specifically to human and bovine VDUP-1 (C-term). VDUP-1 is expressed more highly in nonmetastatic chromosome-6 containing (neo6/C8161) and in nonmetastatic melanoma than in parental (C8161) metastatic melanoma cells. Anti-VDUP-1 (C-term) polyconal antibody recognizes the expressed product of the TXNIP gene, also known as Txnip. Rabbit anti-VDUP-1 (C-term) polyclonal antibody can be used in applications such as western blotting and immunoprecipitation.
