Claudin-12 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
This mouse anti-Claudin-12 polyclonal antibody is specific to mouse Claudin-12 and expected to react with human (not tested). Claudin-12 polyclonal antibody recognizes the expressed product of the CLDN12 gene also known as Cldn12. Claudins are responsible for the formation of tight junction strands and are connected with the actin cytoskeleton mediated by ZO-1. Claudin-12 expression has been observed in the lung, brain, kidney, skin, urinary bladder, and ear. Validated applications for Claudin-12 polyclonal antibody are immunofluorescence and Western blotting.
