VPS34 polyclonal antibody recognizes the expressed product of the PIK3C3 gene. hVPS34 was found to have a role in insulin-stimulated mitogenesis. hVPS34 is required for internal vesicle formation within multivesicular endosomes6, and is limited to the production of PI[3]P from Phosphoinositides.
