This mouse anti-SOCS3 monoclonal antibody is specific to human and mouse SOCS3 protein. SOCS3 monoclonal antibody recognizes the expressed product of the SOCS3 gene also known as Socs3. SOCS 3 is capable of inhibiting cytokine signaling by Epo, prolactin, growth hormone (GH), interleukin-2 (IL-2), IL-3, IL-6, IL-11, leptin, ciliary neurotrophic factor, and leukemia inhibitory factor. Validated applications for SOCS3 monoclonal antibody are Western blotting and ELISA.
