EphB2 Receptor Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (clone 1A6C9)
This mouse anti-EphB2 Receptor monoclonal antibody is specific to chicken EphB2 Receptor and expected to react with human and mouse (not tested). EphB2 is expressed on migrating neural crest cells and spinal motor neurons, as well as on cells of the anterior somite. EphB2 expression and overexpression has been reported in colon carcinomas and gastrointestinal tumor specimens, respectively. Validated applications for EphB2 monoclonal antibody are Western blotting and immunoprecipitation.
