This purified mouse CD31 (PECAM-1) monoclonal antibody is specific for the human CD31 (PECAM-1). Involved in endothelial cell tube formation, CD31 (PECAM-1) is believed to promote cell-cell adhesion during the assembly of vascular structures and may also regulate macrophage recognition as well as inflammatory and immune responses. This mouse CD31 (PECAM-1) monoclonal antibody can be used in applications such as western blotting, immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry. This anti-CD31 (PECAM-1) monoclonal antibody recognizes the product of the PECAM1 gene.
