ZO-3 (C-Term) Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
This rabbit anti-ZO-3 (C-Term) polyclonal antibody is specific to mouse, human and canine ZO-3 (C-Term) protein. Rabbit anti-ZO-3 (C-Term) polyclonal antibody recognizes the expressed product of the TJP3 gene, also known as Tjp3. ZO-3 is identified as a ~130 kDa protein that directly interacts with tight junction proteins ZO-1 and occludin, but not with ZO-2. ZO-3 is localized to sites of cell-cell interaction, identical to the localization of ZO-1 in tight junctions.Validated applications for rabbit anti-ZO-3 (C-Term) polyclonal antibody are Western blot, ELISA, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry and immunoprecipitation.
