This mouse anti-CREB monoclonal antibody is specific to human, mouse, rat CREB. CREB monoclonal antibody recognizes the expressed product of the CREB1 gene. The presence of multiple CREB isoforms with identical DNA-binding specifications but differences in the presumed regulatory domain raises the possibility that CREB proteins may be able to integrate distinct regulatory signals at the level of gene transcription. Validated applications for CREB monoclonal antibody are Western blot and ELISA.
