Ankyrin G Mouse mAb (clone 4G3F8)
This mouse anti-ankyrin-G monoclonal antibody is specific to human, mouse, rat, rabbit, and canine ankyrin-G. Anti-ankyrin-G recognizes the expressed product of the ANK3 gene. Ankyrin-G is found in several tissues including brain where, due to tissue-specific RNA processing, it is expressed as two different isoforms, localized to axon initial segments and nodes of Ranvier.
