SUMO-1 (GMP-1) Monoclonal Antibody, Mouse (21C7)
This purified mouse anti-SUMO-1 (GMP-1) monoclonal antibody specifically detects the unconjugated form of GMP-1 (SUMO-1) as well as proteins covalently ligated to GMP-1 (e.g. RanGAP-1). GMP1 (SUMO-1) is a small polypeptide which shares homology with ubiquitin and appears to be involved in protein targeting. Applications used with mouse anti-SUMO-1 (GMP-1) monoclonal antibody are western blotting, ELISA and immunofluorescence.
