This α-internexin monoclonal antibody recognizes the product of the INA gene, also known as Inexa. Alpha-internexin is a, 66 kDa, type IV intermediate filament protein that is expressed in neurons during development of the peripheral and central nervous systems, as well as in a few neurons of the adult central nervous system.
