Alpha-Tubulin [Acetylated] mAb, Mouse (6-11B1)
This purified, unconjugated mouse anti-acetylated-α-tubulin monoclonal antibody is specific to human, mouse, and rat acetylated-α-tubulin. Stable microtubules (MTs) are known to contain acetylated α-tubulin. Acetylated tubulin is found in the dense networks and bundles of microtubules in the sensory and supporting cells. Anti-Tubulin (acetylated) monoclonal antibody recognizes the expressed product of the TUBA1 gene, also known as TUBA3, Tuba1, TUBA8, Tuba1, and TUBA6. Mouse anti-acetylated-α-tubulin monoclonal antibody is used in western blotting and immunofluorescence applications.
