StemPro® EZChek™ Human Tri-Lineage Multiplex PCR Kit
The StemPro® EZChek™ Human Tri-Lineage Multiplex PCR Kit uses one pluripotency marker, three early differentiation markers and a GAPDH control to rapidly and reliably monitor the differentiation state of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs), human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and pluripotent human embryonal carcinoma stem cells (hECs) using a convenient, one tube, multiplex RT-PCR assay. Cultures can be tested for differentiation state (are the cultures undifferentiated) and differentiation potential (can the cultures be induced to form the three embryonic lineages). This kit offers the benefit of being able to perform PCR with much smaller sample volumes and contains primers for detecting the following five human genes in one multiplex PCR reaction rather than having to perform five individual PCR reactions:
