Bcl-10 Mouse mAb (clone151), concentrate
This monoclonal antibody reacts with Bcl-10. Bcl-10 is an apoptotic regulatory molecule identified through its direct involvement in t(1;14)(p22;q32) of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. It is also expressed both in normal lymphoid tissue but doesn't exhibit cross reaction with other tissues except breast. In non-malignant B-cell follicles, the protein is expressed in the cytoplasm of the germinal center B-cells, while in MALT lymphomas with t(1;14)(p22;q32), Bcl-10 expression could be detected both in nucleus and cytoplasm. Western blotting analysis showed that Bcl-10 was present as a 32 kDa band. Immunogen source: Recombinant full length human Bcl-10 fusion protein. Positive tissue: MALT lymphoma with t(1:14)(p22;q32) translocation/tonsil.
