N-Cadherin Mouse Monclonal Antibody (clone 3B9), Concentrate
This monoclonal antibody reacts with human neuronal cadherin (N-Cadherin). N-Cadherin is expressed in nerve cells, developing skeletal muscle, embryonic and mature cardiac muscle cells. Additionally, N-Cadherin is expressed in mesoderm derived mesothelial cells. N-Cadherin is detected in mesotheliomas and may be included in an antibody panel to differentiate mesotheliomas from adenocarinomas. It is also expressed in serous and endometrial tumors. Positive tissue: Brain/pancreas.
