CEA Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (clone Col-1), Concentrate
This monoclonal antibody reacts specifically with a restricted epitope of CEA (CD66e, 180 kDa) in the gastrointestinal tract; it does not react with normal colon tissue. Unlike most other CEA antibodies, Col-1 does not react with Non-specific Cross-reacting Antigen (NCA, CD66c; 55 kDa). This antibody is a marker for gastric and colon adenocarcinoma. Positive tissue: Colon carcinoma.
