Dynabeads® Epithelial Enrich
Enrich epithelial tumor cells directly from whole blood, bone marrow, or PBMC suspensions. Enriched tumor cells are lysed for mRNA isolation and RT-PCR amplification. The sensitivity of combined enrichment and RT-PCR detection can be as high as 1 tumor cell in 1 ml blood.
■Depletion of epithelial tumor cells from whole blood/bone marrow or PBMC.
■Positive isolation of epithelial tumor cells for downstream molecular analysis.
