Dynabeads® Antibody Coupling Kit
Dynabeads® Antibody Coupling Kit allows easy coupling of an antibody of your choice to the surface of uniform, 2.8 µm superparamagnetic Dynabeads® M-270 Epoxy beads. Following immobilization of your antibody, the beads can then be used for experiments such as immunoassays, immunoprecipitation (IP), co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP) of protein complexes, co-IP of protein-nucleic acid complexes, as well as many other downstream applications. The Dynabeads® Epoxy beads in this kit do not contain Tween® detergent, and so are ideal for use in mass spectrometry (MS) analysis. In addition to Dynabeads®, the kit supplies all buffers needed for the coupling and washing steps.
