SequenceRx Enhancer Solution A
The SequenceRx Enhancer System is designed to improve the length and quality of sequencing data from difficult sequencing templates. It is a panel of seven co-solvents which are added individually to automated fluorescent DNA sequencing reactions. This system is not designed for use on long stretches of poly A.
The SequenceRx Enhancer System:
■Is useful on templates containing regions with secondary structure such as high GC-content, small nucleotide repeats, hairpins, direct repeats, and inverted repeats
■Requires no change in protocols-the SequenceRx Solution replaces part of the water added to the reaction mixture
■Is compatible with all sequencing chemistries and platforms
■Uses one reaction to determine the sequence for all four nucleotides (100 reactions equal 100 templates)
