Dynabeads® Mouse CD8 (Lyt 2) are uniform, superparamagnetic beads (4.5 µm diameter) that enable easy isolation of mouse CD8+ cells from spleen or lymph nodes, although any single-cell suspension may be used. Dynabeads® Mouse CD8 beads are coated with a primary monoclonal antibody specific for the Lyt 2 membrane antigen mainly expressed on cytotoxic/suppressor subpopulation of mature T-cells of all common mouse strains.
