Cytokeratin 8/18 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (clone Zym5.2 (UCD/PR.10-11)), 2ndGen Predilute
This monoclonal antibody reacts with human cytokeratins 8 and 18, low molecular weight cytokeratins found in simple epithelium and secretory epithelium. Clone Zym5.2 will react with adenocarcinoma, mesothelioma, and carcinoma derived from simple epithelia, but will not react with stratified squamous epithelia. Positive tissue: Normal colon.
