Bcl-2 Mouse mAb (clone Bcl-2-100), 2ndGen predilute
This monoclonal antibody reacts with Bcl-2 proto-oncogene protein. It is detectable in neoplastic cells of human lymphoma in which the 14:18 chromosonal translocation is present. Lymphoid medullary T Cells and lymphomas lacking detectable (14:18) translocation also express Bcl-2 protein. Bcl-2-100 is useful in the differentiation of reactive follicular lymphoid hyperplasia from follicular lymphoma. Positive tissue: Breast or prostate carcinoma/follicular lymphoma
